If you require assistance via Remote Support you will need to download a small application to your PC.

When requested just follow the instructions below.

Zolved is not responsible for any problems caused from you allowing remote access to your computer. Please be careful with whom you share your computer.

This only works on Windows Computers right now.

	Install
		download Zolved Remote Control: from the U.S. or London, U.K. or India
		Run "Zolved Remote Control.exe"

Choose the closest Zolved server to connect to. Choose what level of access you want to give to your friend. Ensure your friend has downloaded the viewer and is ready to view your computer Tell your friend the secret PIN number Press the button "Share my PC"
	Note the Zolved icon in your systray. You may right-click on that at any time and choose "Close" to end the session.
